Renatus real estate education is built to serve those seeking to learn how to invest in real estate. It was crafted by those who have done it, organized by those who want to share it and used by those who are dedicated to directing their financial future. The education covers topics from fix and flips to seller-financed notes to commercial real estate and more. A full list of courses can be found on the website. Renatus education is broken into three main Education packages, Essentials, P.RO.F.I.T.S. and A.I.T. Xtream Plus.

The Renatus Essentials Learning Path introduces you to the world of real estate investing and small business ownership. The courses teach the concepts and mechanics of basic real estate transactions from acquisition to exit, and business start-up strategies from entity selection to banking.

The Impactful P.R.O.F.I.T.S. Learning Paths was created as an asset for entrepreneurs and small business owners around the world. Courses vary in content, with topics that are as applicable to building businesses as they are to experienced CEOs.

Renatus set out to create a comprehensive educational system that included a wide variety of topics. This gave rise to the Renatus Accelerated Investor Training (A.I.T.) courses.

These advanced Learning Paths offer a thorough and enlightening experience, delivered through 10 vocational paths, which focus on specific groups of Real Estate or Wealth Management strategies. The format begins with a solid foundation of CORE courses, then progresses to specific STRATEGY courses that help you understand the details for real-life application.

All courses are taught by a professional who is currently practicing the strategy they teach. Each instructor is an expert in their niche of investing and most of them have done hundreds of deals using the strategy they teach. Their experience investing gives them a breadth of knowledge and insight. This allows them to give an inside view on what it takes to be successful and avoid costly mistakes. The instructors give not only theory behind the investing strategy but practical steps that can be taken to invest. Thus, the budding business man or woman can act on steps given to start driving their own financial success.

The aim of Renatus education is to empower entrepreneurs with the knowledge necessary to succeed. As such, the education covers topics that not only apply to real estate but business ownership as well. These include topics such as Tax and Legal, Credit Management and Velocity Banking. A requirement of empowering entrepreneurs with learning is access to knowledge when needed. Renatus, providing 24/7 online access to the courses, ensures that instruction is always available.

Complimentary lifetime access is exactly what it sounds like, access to the Renatus education for life at no additional cost.

Possibly the biggest benefit of complimentary lifetime access, is that when new classes are created and inserted into the package you purchased, you get access to that new class! In addition, if a class has content that needs to be updated it will be re-filmed and you will get access to the class with the updated content. How incredible is that? You get updated content at no additional cost!

Bob Snyder, the CEO of Renatus, started offering this a few years ago because he saw that while some people jumped into the education and were doing deals in a short amount of time, there were others that took much longer to dive in and make things happen. Bob wanted to be able to help those individuals take advantage of the education, so he came up with complimentary lifetime access.

There are some key points, however, that need to be understood about complimentary lifetime access. The first key point is that you need to be in good standing with Renatus to be eligible.

What does it mean to be in good standing?

It means you follow the principles that Renatus upholds such as honesty and integrity, and that applies to your real estate transactions as well as your marketing tactics if you are an Independent Contracted Marketer (ICM). It means you haven’t done things to violate the education agreements or, if you are an Independent Contracted Marketer, the ICM agreement. It also means you are not delinquent on payments, if you purchased your Renatus education through a funding resource.

The Essentials, P.R.O.F.I.T.S., and A.I.T. Xtream Plus package purchase, are eligible for complimentary lifetime access if the purchaser is in good standing with Renatus.

A.I.T. Advanced is only two tracks from the A.I.T. Xtream package. Nor are individual classes for the A.I.T. Xtream (not the entire package) eligible for lifetime access.

Complimentary lifetime access came about from Bob’s desire to help those who get involved in Renatus to succeed. Giving complimentary lifetime access comes from his confidence that access to Renatus education will keep people engaged and keeping them engaged will help them succeed.

‘Is it a pyramid scheme’ is a great question. It shows you are aware that there are organizations out there looking to take advantage of people.

An actual pyramid scheme is where an individual gets paid to enroll an individual in the program where no goods or services are exchanged, and no value is given. This creates a pyramid where the people at the top are getting paid from the all the people getting enrolled under them.

Wikipedia states “A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payment or services for enrolling others into the scheme rather than supplying investments or sale of products or services. As recruiting multiples soon becomes impossible and most members are unable to profit.”

When we look at the Renatus Compensation Plan, we see that the only time a person gets paid is when they sell a Renatus product. No one gets paid for enrolling an individual into the program as an ICM (Independent Contracted Marketer).

The great thing about the product Renatus creates is it can make people money. When an individual applies the education to invest in real estate, they can start to build their wealth. The product provides value and a person only gets paid when they sell a product.

So, is Renatus a pyramid scheme? No, not at all.

Sometimes when people are introduced to Renatus, they see it as just another Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) company. With that perception comes the idea that they will need to build a massive downline to make really good money.

There is, however, a big difference in the way Renatus has structured its compensation plan compared to a traditional MLM company. That difference is key in allowing someone to make a lot of money without building a huge downline.

With a traditional MLM company when a sale is made there are 6 to 8 people above that also take a cut of the commission. This means a very small percentage of the commission for that sale goes to the person who made the sale. Building a team to sell product becomes necessary because you can’t sell enough product to make living from the small commission received for each personal sale.

This is where the Renatus compensation plan differs so drastically. With Renatus, once you are qualified, each sale earns a specific commission. For exact details on your qualification, rank advancement, commission structure, etc – this requires receiving the Disclosure Packet. The Disclosure Packet is required by law.

It is important to take the time to review it – mark any areas that you want more information. Then a 1:1 conversation with you to receive the information you need to make an informed decision. Encourage your significant other to be present for the telephone or in-person 1:1 conversation – the both of you receive the information.
There are no high pressure sales techniques – just upfront communication.

That difference in the Renatus compensation plan is powerful!
