After 45 years as an RN, I was done and retired.
I am a mom and grandmother.
I knit and needlepoint and like to cook, garden and more.
And I like pets.
I market Renatus, responsibly – no high pressure, no guilt trips.
And assist my husband, David, at times with the properties he works on.

Meet Trixie, the cat

The homeless cat showed up at midnight one night – stayed a few minutes; same the next night; the 3rd night – she decided she could train David and me to become the human pets of her dreams.
She regularly walked behind our neighbor and her dog – it was quite an endearing sight. We decided to name her Stretch. Had never seen a cat stretch that much. After learning her walking companions called her Trixie – she now is Trixie Stretch.
David and I fostered 3 male puppies in 2023 that had been left in a storm drain – Polar, Fuzzy, and Teddy – the Bear Brothers. They grew, became playful and socialized well (thank you to our neighbors who took their time to give attention to them – it takes a village…)
The Bear Brothers went to their next adventure of their forever homes. Hopefully Trixie Stretch encouraged them to train their forever owners to become the human pets of their dreams.
Trixie Stretch has easily resumed her role as Queen of the Castle. We continue to receive her royal nod.
